Although my situation had components that made mediation not an option Mikki spent much of her time talking through my situation with compassion, professionalism, and courtesy. She is not out to nickel and dime people, she truly cares about people and doesn't treat them like a paycheck. She wasn't able to take my case but she reached out to other resources for me and did more than I could have asked for given the circumstances. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My rates are competitive. I charge $250 hourly and then incrementally afterwards. I take payments on Paypal, Venmo and Zelle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Reach out and connect to me! I value responsiveness so I follow-up. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have. Let's find a time on the calendar that works to get you the help you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've done more than 120 hours of mediation training. I have a University certificate in Conflict Resolution and most importantly I love what I do which is helping people who are stuck to move forward! It's inspiring to be supportive of others where they are at. To help them to say and hopefully hear what's being said in a new way. I've performed more than 100 people through mediation. My specialty area is family mediation of the transformative style where I support the conversation you want to have without my own agenda. I also have extensive experience in the civil arena. It's your conversation--I am here to support it!
