FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a variety of services, knowing that each client will have a different commitment level, goal, budget and availability. Because each of the components of wellness (strength, cardio, nutrition, and flexibility) is significant to a well-rounded program, I have dedicated training sessions in all. I also will mix and match, for clients that want more in their programs. This allows clients who aren't yet ready for one component to steer clear of that frustrating question of accountability to it. It also gives other clients the ability to schedule dedicated time to meeting their goals in each area. Sessions are sold in packages of one, three or six months.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Value your own health. None of us wants to throw money away at over-priced services that provide little to no results. We all are budget conscious and must live within our means. But, with that said, our health is the only thing that stays with us in this life. We have one body that will serve us until the end. If there is anything that I've learned, it's that independence and quality of life are worth enjoying for as long as possible. We can't control mitigating factors, but we can make nutrition and exercise decisions that will help promote our health throughout our lifetimes. If that is your goal, find someone who you can form a solid relationship with that will partner with you in meeting that objective!
