What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the scope of work, materials, and site conditions. I provide an estimate before starting and explain whether materials are included. If I find something that changes the scope, I discuss the cost with you before doing additional work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the project and reviewing the details the customer provides. If measurements or an inspection are needed, I arrange a visit. Then I explain the work, provide an estimate, schedule a convenient time, and keep the customer updated until the job is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience as a carpenter and site lead. I’ve worked on renovations, installations, repairs, and finish work, while coordinating other trades and checking that work is completed properly.
