We hired Aerial 360 to do a drone video and some photographs of our solar project in Montevideo. We couldn't be happier with the the final video. Robb is very professional, was highly responsive and is a very talented videographer. He was very flexible and worked through scheduling issues. We highly recommend Aerial 360 Services. Thanks!Jun 28, 2019Verified

Robb came out to my parent’s farm to take pictures. They turned out great and my parents said Robb was great to work with and friendly. Robb sent us the photos the next day! I would recommend him for any aerial photos!Jan 6, 2019Verified

I was very happy with Robb's work, from the time I called and scheduled the photo until the finished product he was on top of it. I would recommend Robb to anyone looking for a aerial photo!Mar 19, 2018Verified

Robb is a great guy who is investing in this industry for the long term. Very responsive in communicating, knows his equipment well and is always looking to upgrade to provide even better service. He is an FAA-licensed Commercial Drone operator unlike many others on Thumbtack.. remember that when you hire someone else who is unlicensed, the FAA can fine you the buyer as well for hiring someone who can’t do commercial aerial work legally! With Robb you are protected from that. Enjoyed working with Robb and will seek to work with him again on other projects in his area.Oct 25, 2018Verified

Robb was skilled both at piloting his drone, but also in the photographics. He had a good that we adjusted in only a few parameters and were able to get some solid videos.Jul 23, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We believe in affordable aerial imagery and try to work within the budgets of our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1) We listen and discuss your specific requirements and concerns. Together we'll collaborate on exactly what the ideal outcome of the aerial project is to be. We'll be defining your project's purpose and scope, and agree on exacly what, when, where and why. 2) After defining the project and appointing the project team, we're ready to enter the detailed Flight Planning phase. This involves creating a Flight Plan document to help guide us throughout the project delivery ensuring safety and FAA compliance. 3) With a clear definition of the project and a detailed project plan, we are now ready to enter the Execution phase of the project. After the plan is finalized we run through our final flight checklist and fly the mission(s). 4) The last step is delivering the imagery product in a digital format of your choice of secure download, thumb drive, or DVD. The last remaining step is to undertake a project review to note any lessons learned for future projects.
