FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The monthly fee of $100 includes weekly coaching sessions and diet analysis. Additional services are provided at a fee of $25/hour. Examples of additional services include menu planning, guided grocery lists, etc. One time appointments are $75/hour. These types of appointments are for those looking for information for a specific health condition that requires a modified diet, immune-boosting foods/nutrients, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet for a FREE one-hour consultation to discuss what it is you are looking to achieve. The next step would be to gather nutritional information (eg. food/nutrition-related history), anthropometric measurements, and health condition information in order to begin the nutrition care process. We then discuss goals, the process, and the plan with how to achieve those goals and get you started on your healthy lifestyle journey!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a nutrition consultant since 2014. I have a BS degree in dietetics. I am currently working on getting certified to be a DTR (Registered Dietetic Technician). Besides providing service within my own business I also have worked as a Nutrition Consultant/Director in Long Term Care facilities for 5 years and provided nutrition consulting to four school districts.
