What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its pretty simple most of it is bid by the job. And we do understand that some cant afford the service they need for various reasons. We are willing to work with people that have any budget. Its a case by case pricing. The most important thing to us is that we help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up on the microsoft Certifications and am currently working on VM Ware and Cisco Certification
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Simple. My mother brought our first PC home when i was 5 years old. I am still hooked to this day !
