- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on square footage and type of work requested. Discounts can be offered if several projects are done together - for example: 3 or more neighbors have their driveway done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With our initial contact we take basic information, such as name, phone number, address and e-mail address. For most projects we will send out an estimator to look at the project and discuss the customer's wants and needs. We will then provide a written quote for the customer to review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thirty years of job experience.
