OmniVerse was referred to me by a coworker and I am so glad I called them. My gaming computer's graphic card was not working anymore and I could not game with my friends. I was able to schedule an in home repair with Derek. Derek came out to my house at the scheduled appointment time and was able to get my computer working again in less than an hour. The fee was very reasonable to me for an in home repair.

We eventually resolved the problem, although I wish he had paid more attention to our message exchange because I was very detailed about the situation and I feel he wasted a lot of time focusing on other things rather than the explicit situation. I felt it could have taken less than an hour rather than the two hours the pro was here. He waited until after we were finished to let me know he didn't have experience with half of the tech we were working with. Had he been up front about that I'm not sure I would have gone with him.

I have used OmniVerse many times for security and parental controls with my kiddos. I really could not have figured this out without him.
