- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price may be a little higher, but the quality of my work is much better than cheap painters whose work needs to be redone very often.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. listen customer, explain process of work, provide detail estimate without hiding cost. 2. Set start date and show up on time 3. Mask off floor and all unpainted area. Fix, repair, sand, vacuum, prime, and paint. 4. Remove masking, clean up, walk through to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of experience, and that kind of experience give me doctor degree in painting.
