Introduction: My Ta Da Yoga facilitates a class to help people tone their vagus nerve. The vagus nerve operates the super highways of your body. The digestion, nervous, and respiratory systems are all engaged and working to improve overall good health and well being.
It offers two styles of yoga: hatha flow yoga and yin yang yoga. The belief is "to move the body, to still the mind, and to open the heart," which brings forward greater joy, love and gratitude.
