Working with Behrant was a pleasure. We had messaged one another the same night I sent out my request for pricing and within two days he stopped by to do the work. He went above and beyond repairing a few damaged CMU block for my garage foundation and concrete slab. He also repaired the mortar on my brick chimney on my house. While doing the initial repairs it was discovered that the previous homeowner had caulked the brick and then in areas patched over it with mortar. Behrant brought this to my attention noting it should be addressed and included photos and a plan to come back an additional afternoon to repair the remainder of the chimney. He finished all of this work in a timely matter, went above his original scope of work, and his pricing was very fair and competitive. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors!

Behrant removed 18 courses from a very tall, 40 year old chimney that we are converting to gas. The top courses were spalled and chipped. Behrant arrived exactly when he said he would, did exactly the work scoped, and finished on time. He cleaned up all the rubble up 24 steps to the street, poured a new crown, replaced the cap, and left the yard in the condition he found it. I am impressed with his work ethic and professional manner.

The work was excellent and he handled a problem that came up well and got it done on schedule. My only concern was that he did not tell me ahead of time that he works a day job in commercial masonry and would be working from 4 PM until dark. But that is what he did and we are very happy with his work. Nice, hard working guy and crew.
