- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing algorithm for each service. Pricing depends on factors such as distance, scope, square footage or land grade, window size, degree of disrepair, etc. With all estimates that we do is a free service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients it's very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, perform a free estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We operate a professionally run business, and education and training is a very important part of what we do everyday. Our education involves intensive training from all of our material suppliers. VSI certified installer classes on installing vinyl siding, LP (SmartSiding) class room training, AAMA certified window installation training, and etc. With new products always changing this is an important factor to keep up with. I also hold a IIRC Certification in Water Restoration
