- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flexible and based on the scope of the project. We can bid on flat fee, hourly, square footage or progressive/not-to-exceed fees. We work with the clients to determine the best value for your budget and circumstance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an evaluation of the project to ensure we are the right ones for the job. We develop a scope document for the client approval to make sure we and you understand the complete list of expectations. Once we have a full understanding of the scope, we will bid the project with the client's full approval. After that, we agree on the timeframe and resources needed to get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in Business Administration with honors and Associates in Interior Design with honors. I am a LEED Accredited professional and am currently sitting for my NCIDQ Certification. I am a member in good standing with ASID, IIDA, and NEWH.
