Our pricing is based on the size and condition of the home, type of cleaning, and services requested. We provide upfront estimates whenever possible. If the condition or scope of work is significantly different from what was originally described, we will always discuss any price adjustment with the customer before proceeding. Recurring cleaning services may qualify for preferred pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the customer’s home, priorities, and expectations. We may request photos or additional details so we can provide an accurate estimate. Once the price and scope of work are confirmed, we schedule the service, arrive with our own supplies and equipment, complete the agreed work, and make sure the customer is satisfied before we consider the job complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on residential cleaning and home service projects. We continuously improve our cleaning methods, product knowledge, equipment use, and safety practices to provide consistent, high-quality results while properly caring for different surfaces and materials.
