- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're competitive but fair. We aren't afraid of bartering or approving discounts when able. We're a small business so we don't have as much overhead to cover every month as the bigger companies do. Free Estimates!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Jennie will come to your home and give you a free estimate and consultation. This typically takes 20-30 minutes but depending on the size of the job it could be up to an hour. Samples of certain things can be shown at this time too, if requested. This initial meeting, consultation and estimate is completely free and no obligation to hire. Upon approval of our estimate, a secondary consultation to design or color selection, is included in the price. Email, text or phone calls are all welcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied fine art and managed multiple businesses. Apprenticed for a cabinet shop and have done a lot of my training with builders and other contractors. We have been doing this for almost 30 years
