Excellent service! We have used West Metro Pet Care for a couple years and they have been fantastic with our dog! They have great communication and we know that our dog is well taken care of while we are gone. I also love the pics and videos they send me of our dog! Highly recommend them to everyone!

Hi Jill, thank you so much for the 5-star review! We have loved being Nordy’s "chauffeur" for the last couple of years.
It is always a pleasure providing pet transport to get him safely to and from Camp Bow Wow in Eden Prairie. We know how busy life can get, so we’re happy to handle the commute and keep you updated with those cute photos and videos along the way!
Thank you for trusting West Metro Pet Care with Nordy's rides—we look forward to seeing him again soon!
Best,
Alana

We have used West Metro Pet Care for several years now. It is so clear that Sophie and Alana are true pet lovers. They do everything with such attention to detail. I have two very spoiled cats with multiple diet requirements and they follow every instruction to the letter! Litterboxes are scooped, water bowls are cleaned and filled. But most importantly they take the time to pet and play with my kitties. Newt loves his belly rubs and pets and even my shy girl Mitey comes out for some scritches and compliments. I have recommended West Metro Pet Care to neighbors and friends and I will certainly use them again with my summer travels.
West Metro Pet Care's reply
Carrie, thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We absolutely love caring for Newt and Mitey. 💜
Providing detailed, attentive in-home cat sitting is so important to us — especially when pets have specific diet needs and routines. We’re so glad they feel comfortable enough to come out for belly rubs and scritches!
Thank you for recommending West Metro Pet Care to your neighbors and friends — that means the world to us.

We have used West Metro Pet care several times now, and have absolutely loved having Sophie care for our cats. She is able to create a relationship with even the most skittish and aloof cats. The communication we receive is wonderful. We always know our loved ones are in the best hands when we cant be the ones to care for them with West Metro Pet Care, and we HIGHLY recommend them!!!
West Metro Pet Care's reply
Thank you Elizabeth for your review! We love caring for your kitty! Sophie is truly a cat whisperer and we love having her on the team!
