I was very happy to discover 123 Properties. For over 20 years I've had drainage problems and Matt had ideas on how to fix them. He dug a dry well, and he directed my gutters underground. He laid his beautiful pavers, moving the walk four feet away from the foundation, and reconfiguring the deck, rebuilding the steps. I had a tough situation and a driveway covered with ice and compacted snow from family members driving on it before it could be cleared. Then it snowed again which made it worse. The 123 team responded quickly and did a great job digging me out and making it safe to walk on. Thanks!
