Matt was great to work with, he came out and quoted work for grading multiple areas for us to get a garden going and other projects. The quote was very reasonable so we pulled the trigger and had him come out once the snow was gone. He did a great job of it, and made sure we were happy with it before he left. He even moved some dirt removed from the grading to some low spots I had in my yard. We will be hiring him again for sure in the future after this experience!

Wow -- what a value! Not sure you'l find a better crew than Matt and his team. They helped us with a tree removal and a drainage solution that we had been putting off. We had gotten a few different quotes but 123 Property Services was not only competitive on price, but had a professionalism that stood out. Matt's communication was awesome, the team was on time, and the work he and his team did was super fast -- removing our old tree, digging a drainage line, installing new drainage pipes, and sodding everything over within a few hours. Plus he's a nice guy! Would definitely hire again if we have any similar needs.

I would recommend 123 Property Services any day of the week and twice on Sunday! Top notch company that did everything they said they would do and more. Our backyard looked like a war zone do not being able to water the last 2 due to city ban. After the hard work this crew did, we finally feel like our neighbors will like us again. Lol. Fantastic from start to finish. Call them, you will be happy you did!
