We are so happy that we found 123 Property Services! Matt was very responsive, friendly, honest and fairly priced. He and his crew treated our property with respect and always left it looking tidy, even mid-project. Our yard was a mess and they made it look beautiful! We couldn’t be more pleased with our back yard makeover. They also buried 2 gutter down spouts. Everything they did was great! Highly recommend!!

Matt is a good communicator, uses texting efficiently to schedule estimate, email for detailed quote, texting for Q&A refinements. Ours was a hybrid job on existing lawn to blend existing lawn into several repaired areas after tree removal, firepit addition, hill erosion. Matt had the ideas and the equipment and manpower to do exactly what what was promised in the quote. Very trustworthy contractor.
