I was very happy to discover 123 Properties. For over 20 years I've had drainage problems and Matt had ideas on how to fix them. He dug a dry well, and he directed my gutters underground. He laid his beautiful pavers, moving the walk four feet away from the foundation, and reconfiguring the deck, rebuilding the steps.
