- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer two starting points: A free 30-minute consultation, or a $500 Strategic Clarity package (3 sessions). My signature 14-Day Reset is $1,500-3,000. Investment depends on your specific situation—we'll discuss options on our first call. Payment plans available. I offer discounts to Veterans and Single Parents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Free 30-min call where I meet each partner separately. Step 2: We identify the core cycle keeping you stuck. Step 3: Individual sessions to understand each person's triggers. Step 4: Joint session where I map your pattern on a whiteboard. Step 5: You leave with concrete tools and a clear plan. Total time: 14 days from chaos to clarity. I find it is helpful to sit down after week four and see if our times together are working well and how we can adjust as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified Trauma and Addiction Professional (IITAP), with training through the Crucible Project. I hold two Masters Degrees. I've worked with clients ranging from NFL players to everyday couples—all facing critical seasons in their relationships.
