FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Harbor is a premium crisis specialty practice, not traditional counseling. My signature program is the 14-Day Harbor Reset, an intensive crisis intervention designed for high-functioning couples in acute distress. The Reset begins at $5,000 and includes 8-10 sessions across two weeks, daily availability between sessions, and a written Harbor Guide you keep. For couples ready to rebuild deeper, the Dry Dock is a 10-12 week structural program at $9,800. Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute Triage Call. There is no fit-fee, no sales pressure, and no obligation. We talk, we assess, and you decide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Free Triage Call. A 30-minute call where I meet each partner briefly and assess whether the crisis you're in matches what I do. No pitch. No pressure. Step 2: Individual Intake. If we're moving forward, I meet with each partner separately to understand what you're each carrying. Step 3: Structural Audit. I deliver a written diagnostic of your situation — what's actually breaking, what's repairable, and what your real path forward looks like. Step 4: Decision. You decide which program fits. The Reset begins immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Double M.A. Wheaton College. IITAP certified (International Institute for Trauma & Addiction Professionals). 20 years of coaching and pastoral crisis work, including 8 years working with families in cross-cultural high-pressure environments overseas. Background in structural mechanics (USAF) — which is how I think about relationships: find what's actually broken, repair what can be repaired, get you back on open water.
