FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Harbor is a premium crisis specialty practice, not traditional counseling. Every engagement starts with the 72-Hour Audit — $500: one session with each of you, one together, and a five-page written Harbor Guide mapping what's actually wrong and what to work first. From there, the 14-Day Reset ($5,000, 8 sessions, daily availability, the full Harbor Guide you keep) is the intensive overhaul, with longer Rebuild and Restoration programs for couples who choose to go deeper. No insurance — all private pay. No fit-fee, no sales pressure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: The 72-Hour Audit. One session with each of you individually, one together, inside three days. Step 2: The written Harbor Guide — your diagnostic: what's breaking, what's repairable, the one thing to work first. Step 3: You decide. Take the Guide into a Reset with me, or take it anywhere — it transfers. The work starts the day after you reach out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Double M.A. Wheaton College. IITAP certified (International Institute for Trauma & Addiction Professionals). 18 years of coaching and crisis counseling work, including 8 years working with families in cross-cultural high-pressure environments overseas. Background in structural mechanics (USAF) — which is how I think about relationships: find what's actually broken, repair what can be repaired, get you back on open water.
