Insurance Billing: If you have a claim, we work directly with your insurance company and follow industry-standard pricing. Our focus is doing the job correctly the first time, which helps prevent bigger, more expensive issues later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Assessment We respond quickly to your request and gather key details about the situation. If it’s an emergency (water, fire, etc.), we prioritize immediate dispatch. We schedule an on-site inspection—often same-day. 2. On-Site Inspection Our trained technician performs a thorough assessment of the damage. We use professional tools (moisture meters, thermal imaging, etc.) to identify all affected areas. We explain the situation clearly so you understand exactly what’s going on. 3. Scope of Work & Plan We create a detailed scope of work based on industry standards (IICRC). You’ll receive a clear plan outlining: What needs to be done Timeline expectations Next steps 4. Mitigation & Immediate Action We begin work right away to prevent further damage. This may include: Water extraction Drying equipment setup Removal of damaged materials Our goal is to stabilize your property as quickly as possible. 5. Documentation & Insurance Coordination We document everything with photos, notes, and moisture readings. If you’re filing a claim, we: Work directly with your insurance company Provide all required documentation Help streamline the process for you 6. Daily Monitoring & Communication We check progress daily and adjust the plan as needed. You’ll receive consistent updates, so you’re never left wondering what’s happening. 7. Our team is trained and certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the industry standard for restoration work.
