Job: Hang Drywall, tape and mud. Very Professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Price was very reasonable. Thanks for the great work

I choose SEN Construction because it was the lowest bidder but not by much. I have to pay full amount up front which I think is not typical, most my other contractors ask me to pay a portion or full mount at the end when work is done. Travis (he is actually a realtor) sub-contracted out all the work which is fine, but the person suppose to come do a sheet count was no-show and no-call. I contacted Travis and he scrambled a second person to come a day after to do the sheet count. (My first bidder actually did the sheet count the same day he meet me for estimate). The crew did the drywall hangging was fast but not very good, many sheetrock corners and around outlet were damaged. So the tapping crew got a lot of unnecessary fixing to do. Maybe this is normal in construction industry, there is a few days one show up to work, and no explanations no heads-up. Another odd thing was that I was charge $300 for a dumpster but it never showed up for the crew, Travis had one of the guy, haul all the leftover/junk sheetrock in a truck to another dumpster somewhere else. I can only give it average rating, it was done, I was not impressed with the work or the price.

Travis did a fantastic job of helping us lineup all of the help needed to complete our project. From plumbers, to electric and backsplash to flooring and cabinets to countertops , he did it all. Well done, will use again

Ideally discussing the scope of the project over the phone and scheduling a site interview. Then Preparing a bid and setting a completion expectation timeline. Followed by execution.

Licensed General Contracting license on staff along with Licensed Electricians and Plumbers for all of the metro including Minneapolis and St Paul
