- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a bid based on the entire project including all materials and unless there are unexpected changes made after we begin, my fee doesn’t change. No one likes surprises when it come to fees! No project is ever too small or too large!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The goal upon first meeting is to get to know you and what you’re dreaming of accomplishing. Once I know what you want, I’ll give you my estimate, which includes all materials. I never go over my estimates!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m entirely self taught, my education comes from life experience and I learn from every experience and every collaboration.
