FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a day rate with multiple levels of crew and equipment at a quote/price. This applies for editing/post work as well. Most projects are with the need for more than just a day of shooting or just an hour or two of editing. I am very happy to discuss and explaine the entire detailed cost to any interested client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, from seminars to specialized courses offered usually in New York and California and on-line learning from story telling trends to specialty camera and lighting techniques as well as audio, graphics and post color/editing processes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been an artist all my life, I was told as a kid that I wouldn't make much of a living painting or drawing or sculpting... I picked up an 8mm movie camera when I was about 7 or 8 years old. I fell in love with telling and making stories through this medium of the moving image and fell fortunate to do this every day now, it really is my passion and my life!
