FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. I provide free estimates so you know the expected cost before work begins. Pricing varies depending on the size, complexity, materials, and time required for each project. If additional work is needed after a project starts, I'll discuss it with you and get your approval before proceeding. My goal is to provide quality workmanship at a fair and competitive price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with learning about your project. I'll ask a few questions and, if possible, request photos or measurements so I can better understand the work. From there, I'll provide a free estimate and explain the scope of work, pricing, and expected timeline. Once the estimate is approved, we'll schedule a convenient time to complete the project. I arrive on time, keep the work area clean, communicate throughout the job, and make sure you're satisfied with the results before considering the project complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, home repairs, and property maintenance. Throughout my career, I've worked on residential and commercial projects involving framing, siding, decks, flooring, drywall, doors, windows, concrete work, and general repairs. I've also completed training through the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Local 49, where I received instruction in construction safety, equipment operation, and industry best practices. I continue to expand my knowledge by staying up to date on new products, installation methods, and repair techniques to provide my customers with quality workmanship and dependable service.
