My husband and I cannot thank Steffl Drilling & Pump and Randy enough for their work on our well and tank. We just moved into our home in September 2020 and do not know much about well systems. We were having awful low water pressure that we couldn’t run more than one water source at a time in our home! We had a local well and pump person come out and investigate our issue and they did not solve our problem. Needless to say we were frustrated. Steffl Drilling and Pump was super responsive to our needs and answered our questions right away. We were impressed with how much background work they did to figure out all of the specifics of our pump. Randy came out to fix our pump and was very nice and patient with describing what was wrong. He walked us step by step and gave us helpful recommendations. He did not try to push or sell anything and did his best to save us money. We thought the entire repair and tank replacement was fair and reasonable. We appreciated how upfront they were with telling us how much everything would cost. The gray tank below is the replaced tank and system. The blue tank was our old one system for reference. We highly recommend this company for your well and pump needs!

Excellent to work with! Had a pressure tank and well quit working at the same time, and opted for the constant pressure system...what a choice! Lots of water pressure. Had 1 small leak afterwards but they were out there right away to fix. Would recommend to anyone.

Great job! We had water again that evening. Our pump went out on Friday, and I'm certain their staff would have rather been somewhere else that evening, but he made it happen by 7pm with a great attitude and professionalism!
