I had to have a property managed for a while while some repairs where done. They handled everything. Paint and Drywall, insulated some windows around the frame, Added a piece of rain gutter. Cleaned up the huge basement. Lawn work and snow removal. One stop shopping for handy man workers. He was able to find a reliable tenant for me. He also assisted in the eviction prosses by directing me to he proper laws on record, and the right forms to fill out.
