- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing simple, upfront, and honest—no hidden fees. We offer flat-rate packages like 3 rooms for $129 and 5 rooms for $229, with each area up to 200 sq ft. Pricing includes pre-treatment, deodorizing, and truck-mounted steam cleaning. Additional services like pet odor treatment or heavily soiled areas may have small add-on costs, but everything is discussed before we start. We also offer discounts for first-time customers and bundle pricing for larger jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to understand your needs and give you an accurate quote. When we arrive, we do a walkthrough to assess the areas, identify any stains or concerns, and confirm pricing. Then we pre-treat, deep clean using our truck-mounted system, and ensure everything is thoroughly rinsed and extracted. Before leaving, we do a final walkthrough with you to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in carpet and floor cleaning, I’ve developed a deep understanding of different carpet types, fibers, and proper cleaning methods. I stay up to date with industry best practices and use professional-grade, truck-mounted equipment to deliver a true deep clean. Being owner-operated means I take pride in every job and personally ensure high-quality results every time.
