FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates on all jobs! We can find a clean to fit any budget, or need. That may look like a monthly deep clean to keep your house free from dust, and build up that accumulates those tight nooks and crannies! OR it may be a more frequent, weekly cleans to lighten up the regular cleaning tasks that may be too much to keep up with right now. Whatever your home cleaning need may be, we are dedicated to helping you find the service that is best suited for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that you provide us with the number of bathrooms, and bedrooms you have in your home, and the level of clean you are looking to achieve. We have a lighter, maintenance level clean. This clean is suitable for a home that has had regular cleaning services prior, or that has recently had a deep clean. Most surfaces within the home have been recently cleaned, and just need to be routinely touched up going forward. There is little to no build up that needs to be scrubbed down, or scoured away within the home. We have a list of priority clean. This is a clean that is adaptable for those on a budget. You may have some problematic areas within your home, and you would like to address them as time allows within your service. The "List of Priority" service is adaptable to your needs! We have our deep clean. With our deep clean service there will be very few surfaces within your home untouched. During a deep clean service we will do our best to remove all build up and grime, and restore your home to a beautiful shine. A deep clean service will depend greatly on how many surfaces within your home need our love and attention! Quotes are most accurate when received in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up, I had always had a keen eye! I loved "Where's Waldo" or "Spot the Difference". Seeing how that could skill would translate in the adult world was not always easy to navigate. I had a job where I inspected microscopic medical equipment that a company I worked for manufactured, examining each tiny piece for flaws. I studied biology, where my love for precision was simply a prerequisite to a dream to become a research biologist. In the end, I just want to use my skill to bring people joy, and maybe a little peace, after a long day knowing that someone with attentive, brought that kind of love into their home, because after it all, home is what matters most!
