Jake Cline took up a project to lay my patio back in April and has left it unfinished after taking 100% of the money he quoted for the complete job. He is not answering calls, texts or emails and has been unreachable. He has not had the courtesy to even call and discuss the reason for the delay or whether or not he even plans to complete the job. I feel totally cheated by this person.
