We have a full line of Pool & Spa Chemicals & accessories. Need a new Pool or Spa Cover, contact us to come and measure your cover. Our cover program includes coming out and measuring, delivering, installing and disposing of the old cover.
We have 3 full time service technicians, complete delivery crew, service manager and an office manager to assist you. Our prices are competitive and fair.

Overall, they did a good job. There were a couple delays due to internal scheduling issues. But they got it done before other companies were even able to come out and assess the problem. So I give them credit for that. Pretty easy to work with.

They were wonderfully responsive and were great about answering any questions I had. I really liked that they sent email and text confirmations so I knew exactly when they were coming. The price was very competitive as well. The previous company I worked with rinsed and folded our tarp and water bags whereas this company left them in a pile unwashed. That was a little unexpected. However, the previous company I worked with was a bit more expensive and not as responsive. Personally I value the excellent customer service Two Men and a Dolly had to offer more than a rinsed tarp. Overall I had a great experience and will be using them again.

I had a green pool and a week and a half until I would have 30 people over for a pool party. I found this company and I am happy to saw they took my pool from green to clean and saved the day!!!!

The man was very friendly and knowledgeable and figured out what the issue was. Unfortunately it cost me 115 dollars to figure out I have to spend 700 more to get my hot tub working which in my eyes is a little over priced but they are the only place that answered my call and got to me within a day. I was happy to finally figure it out and hopefully soon will be hiring them to finish the job so I can enjoy my hot tub!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time customers require us to do an onsite inspection @ $95 for the first 30 mins. This can also include any repair if diagnosis is immediate. Parts are not included and additional return trips or current trip over 30 mins is billed at $75/hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts us thru many methods, (online, local advertising, word of mouth, etc). Our office manager will take all the input calls and direct the customer to the appropriate department, (Pool [Inground and Above Groung], Spa [Portable, Indoors, Pool attached, Swim Spa], Service, Delivery, Storage, or Disposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Service technicians have attended Pool and Spa Manufacturer provided classes. !4 years in the business also helps with ongoing inhouse training.
