- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the size and complexity of the job. I provide estimates upfront so there are no surprises. Smaller jobs are often priced at a flat rate, while larger projects are quoted after seeing photos or doing a quick walkthrough. I also offer multi-project discounts for customers who need several repairs or upgrades at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing your project details and any photos you send. Once I understand the scope, I provide an estimate or arrange a quick visit if needed. After we agree on the plan, I schedule the job at a time that works for you and complete the work efficiently and professionally. I always make sure the area is clean when I’m done and that you’re satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work over the years — learning by doing, fixing real problems, and working on a wide variety of projects. I’ve built my skills through real job experience.
