How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started on my own health journey with suspected PCOS almost 15 years ago. Learned to bake gluten and dairy free was necessary and very beneficial so to my health. Now with a 5 year old who has celiac disease I’ve learned a great deal about making my treats even better!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had a tight turn around of 4 days for custom cupcakes for an event! They turned out amazing!
