What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know my new customer before moving forward. I want to know their business, their goals and pain points. From there, everything is streamlined with up to date communications via email and secured payment online.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed attorney, with additional coursework in trademark registration and fillings. Further, I have worked in corporate law for years before stepping out into my own firm. I was also a small business owner long before I was a lawyer- so my approach is one of deep understanding from the business owner's perspective.
