Introduction

We have been offering martial arts instruction in the area for almost 30 years; we specialize in family-oriented martial arts. We offer children's classes, preschool classes, after-school programs, as well as on-site and off-site school programs. Children will develop self-discipline and focus. Self-defense and self-confidence as two of the biggest goals our adult and teenage students have, we aim to help them achieve and acquire those goals.
