We have a geothermal unit. Few can work on those and fewer campiness are good at it. We have had a couple HVAC companies out for repairs and were not happy with the service. So when ours quit working....again : ( we were on the hunt for a new HVAC guy. We had a friend give us Controlled Comforts phone number. We called to have a guy out for service. They were very kind on the phone and talked us through getting our emergency heat going so we could have heat until they could make it out later that day. The technician called us with at 30 min heads up when he was on the way. He arrived on time and he really knew his stuff! He had us up and going to 100% in a few minutes. He even completed a full tune-up of the system and made adjustments( none of the other companies did this for us). The price was reasonable for a Geo HVAC service. Before he left we talked about the Comfort Club membership. After talking to my wife were are going to have Controlled Comfort out 2 times a year for preventative maintenance. We really feel that will help keep our unit running strong. After he left our unit hasn't had any issues, in fact it has worked better than the day installed after he changed some settings in the unit. I will be a Controlled Comfort customer for life!
