Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I enjoy getting to meet great new people everyday. I am still in contact with some clients that I worked for almost 10 years ago, and still do work for them on occasion. I love the friends I have acquired over the years from different decorators and contractors. I have only known painting since I was a child, and after my father passed away it is the only thing that keeps me close to him. I took over the business after he was gone, and every time I work on a large job I just know how proud he would be at where I have taken the business.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I mostly do interior painting jobs. I can do anything you can imagine on the walls of your home, including customizing. I primarily now work on cabinetry in the home. I can stain, antique, or crackle any type of cabinetry you have whether it's in your bathroom, kitchen, or a built in around the fireplace. I also can customize mantles.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I live by my motto, "I say what I do, and do what I say." I am just an easy going, honest, hard working father who thinks that honesty is the best trait to offer. I have my family owned business and have offered the same hard working service that I always have. If you can find someone you can trust with your home, to be around your children and pets, and always be honest with you, that is the best advice to finding a good provider for the job you need done.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The biggest thing I wish clients knew about my profession is that taking a class does not make someone a professional at painting and staining. Please make sure the person you choose to work on your home have enough past experience. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to come in and fix issues that someone who took a class at a paint store tried to do. A lot of cabinetry work is very custom and there are a lot more steps besides stripping the cabinets and slapping on some stain. Cabinets are extremely expensive to replace so make sure you get the right person in there the first time.
