FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sewer and Drain Cleaning - $139. 95% of the time we are able to open sewers and drains in less than 45 minutes. However, every once in a while we will get a "muck" job. This means the sewer is compacted tightly, and probably has been for a while. "Muck" jobs take a bit longer as you might have assumed. For these jobs that take longer than 45 minutes we charge an additional $50 for each 1/2 hour. But like I said, 95% of the time, or even greater than that, we get them open in under 45 minutes. We are very competitively priced compared to other reputable companies with our experience and expertise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of plumber friends and like I said my brothers are both plumbers (and my uncle, I almost forgot about him). I spend a lot of time talking "shop" with them. Also, of course I go online from time to time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's the family business. I'm a 3rd generation plumber. Also, both of my brothers are plumbers.
