- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to arrange a time to call and discuss the project in detail and get to know my client and their expectations before I provide an estimate, often times I arrange a time to meet with my client and verify the exact amount of material and how long it will take to complete. After verifying everything with my client I can provide an accurate quote and material list for the project and schedule a date and time to get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Master Electrician with nearly a decade of experience on the job and in technical training. Generac Certified service technician.
