- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing isn't complicated. Typically I will charge 25 dollars for 30 minutes and 45 an hour for business consulting and 50 dollars an hour for Coaching or Mentoring individuals in areas of life, career, and family. However, a contracted flat fee can be negotiated based on the client's requirements and needs. Reiki/Energy Healing sessions can be done by distance or in person and are 45 dollars per hour session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I perfer to speak to my clients either by phone or meet briefly to discuss needs and fit. At that point we will determine the best method of contact for work to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Business/Management. I have worked in the for-profit education industry for 18 years. I have additional education and training in psychology, coaching, training, human resources and conflict resolution. As of December 2018 I have obtained a diploma in Spiritual Coaching and become a Certified Reiki Master from Natural Healer. Additional certifications are coming in the areas of Life Coaching and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
