We called Jerry for service 3 days before Thanksgiving as our furnace wouldn't emit any heat and the fan wouldn't stop blowing cool air. Jerry communicated with us several times, checking if we were okay until he could get to us on his BIG LIST of requests. He was courteous and helpful, guiding us on what to do for safety until his arrival.
