FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Pet photographer is a special kind of person. There are several things to look into whenever you are choosing the right one for your pet. First is experience. You will want someone that is comfortable around animals and knows how to act around them. I donate a day per week to photograph the pets at a local humane society. Have worked with several organizations, special events just to name a few. Second is patience: The more patience the pet photographer has, the better chance of getting the perfect shot. I have been told I have a special unique bond with animals. Third is organization: Do they have the proper tools that will interest even the most uninterested pet to a treat for the pickiest eater. I carry all types of goodies in my bag .. from squeakers to tasty treats of various flavors. Fourth thing to look for is will the pet photographer get down and rumble and tumble - roll around and play with your pet. Is there any other way? The final thing, and I feel the most important thing is ...FUN!!! Your pet photographer should be one that can have some fun. Pets can be a handful, but they can also be a joy to be around. If your photographer gets licked in the face or whacked with a tail then they need to be able to have a good time with it. After all, that's what makes the best pictures. "Be Prepared to have FUN!!"
