The service was excellent. Not only did they make sure they provided the right amount of insulation even though it was under estimated but also recognized the frame to my garage attic was loose and proactively secured it for me. Koala Insulation did a wonderful job updating our insulation to code. Jennifer’s evaluation was very detailed and helped us uncover some additional air leakage in our home. The installation crew was professional and cleaned up extremely well. We could immediately tell a difference the house was a lot warmer.
