The guy I texted with (was very friendly) had truck trouble the night he was supposed to come look at my house, which is totally understandable, but I did not hear anything else from him after that. I just wish that businesses would take just a second to contact their potential customers to give them updates if they are not going to do the job.

Had trouble scheduling an estimate appointment but got that done. Favorable impression upon meeting him but he would never give me an estimate. I guess $4k-6k job for a day, day and a half of work wasn’t worth his time. Hired someone else that was happy to do it.
