FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the repair or project scope, materials, access, and any specialty equipment needed. We explain the recommended work and provide a written estimate so you can review what is included. Please ask about any diagnostic, service-call, or emergency charges before scheduling. Additional work is discussed before proceeding; any current promotion will be confirmed in your estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start by sending a description, a few photos, your ZIP code, and your preferred timing. We review the details, ask any follow-up questions, and arrange an assessment when needed. We then explain the recommended scope and pricing, coordinate the work, and finish with testing where applicable, cleanup, and a detailed invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes 7 years of hands-on plumbing, home remodeling, and construction experience, supported by a team with more than 35 years of combined experience. We match technicians and subcontractors to each project's scope and local requirements. Trade-specific credentials and required documentation should be confirmed for the work being scheduled.
