- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many variables that go into exterior cleaning. In all cases we require your address before giving an estimate. We feel this is in the best interest of the customer that they get their property cared for without any extra surprise expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our customers are treated the same. Splash and dash is not our style. We want to be trusted to return to care for your home season after season. We take the time to let you know we are on the way and what time we expect to be there. We will greet you at your door and ask if you have any questions or concerns and would gladly walk your property with you before and after to ensure your complete satisfaction. Prior to the start of work we will take the time to check that your windows are closed and seal off any potential trouble spots. Electrical outlets are covered as well as door locks and electrical boxes. This ensures any point of potential water intrusion is eliminated.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Rust removal from a chimney chase. the client thought for sure that the siding was ruined. we were able to remove the rust stains and the chimney is back to new.
