I needed an electrician to solve a complicated wiring problem. Steve not only solved the problem but also corrected various errors that were made by the person who did the original wiring. He responded to my inquiry the same day and had me scheduled within 48 hours. He was both personable and professional and I would highly recommend him. He stands behind his work and said that he would return if I encountered any further problems.

Steve did a fantastic job! We put a bathroom in my basement and he had to deal with some very cumbersome plumbing; drain, that were already in the concrete floor. He was able to do it all without having to cut any concrete! He was able to run plumbing from the existing lines and get everything perfectly positioned! Extremely knowledgeable and practical in his approach to a quality finished product! I highly recommend him and will definitely call on him again when the need arises! Thank you Steve!

Steve was amazing! Came over on a Sunday to help us the week before Christmas. Went through our electrical system to find out what had blown. Fixed it and errors he found that had been done by previous workers. So thankful for him! Will gladly recommend to friends and family for the future!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I love being able to solve and repair whatever the customers request is. I absolutely hate the money side of being in business. Until people get to know me and the service I provide I think whatever rate I charge is seen as excessive.
Customers need to consider all the expenses that are incurred just to provide this service.
Listing just a few expenses would include vehicles, fuel, tools, insurance, advertising, taxes and so forth. My bids take all these things into account. In my many years in this line of work I have had to come in and clean up the mess made by the company or person who had the low bid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide free inspections and estimates for all my customers.
I encourage customers to let me know if something I am doing is not actually what they expected so we can make sure we are on the “same page” so to speak and quickly identify areas of miss-communications.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The actual service I provide in large part comes from years of hands on experience across many trades. While it is taught in schools, a person does not come out of school ready to complete with a seasoned technician.
My education was in business management and computer science. (More than a few years back) While that is helpful in running a business, my education in the “school of hard knocks” is what will be of benefit to my customers.
