- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can work to be flexible to meet your pricing needs. We are happy to talk about different options to help to stay in your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers we are happy to have an initial phone call or in person meeting to discuss the overall theme of your event and how we can best fit your needs. From there we can have as many phone calls or meetings as you need to help the music portion of the event run smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Andrew has his BA in vocal performance from the University of Missouri and I (Kristen) have my MA in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri. This makes us a GREAT team! Andrew is the classic optimistic creative and I am the organized focused business minded partner. We work extremely well together to pull off beautiful events.
