I recently had the pleasure of working with Precision flooring & more, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. They took the time to thoroughly understand my needs, offering thoughtful recommendations that balanced style, durability, and budget. Their product selection was impressive, and they were transparent about pricing and timelines, which made the decision-making process smooth and stress-free.The installation crew (Evan and Chris) were punctual, courteous, and highly skilled. They treated my home with respect, maintained a clean workspace, and completed the project on schedule without compromising quality. The craftsmanship is outstandingevery detail was handled with precision, and the finished result has completely transformed the space. What truly sets this company apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They followed up after the project to ensure everything met my expectations, which speaks volumes about their integrity and dedication.I would confidently recommend this flooring company to anyone looking for high-quality materials, expert installation, and a seamless, professional experience. They are a standout in their industry.

They answered my late night call and scheduled me for a quote the next morning. They got me on the schedule quickly and were very kind and considerate in my home. They also did a wonderful job removing our old carpet and putting in the new floor. They cleaned up everything afterwards. It is so beautiful!
