Introduction: The Door & Window Specialist, LLC. Is a domestic LLC that conducts business from the lower side of St.Louis City down to Festus/Crystal City area. The sole purpose of this business is to provide A+ quality work and to give full focus and devotion to any project at hand. Our guys have 25+ years experience. We have Home Inspectors, Plumbers, Electricians, Siding Installers, you name it. We have the people with the knowledge to get the job done. Our Process is as follows: First we receive a job lead, then we generate a request through our Jobber app. Once we fulfill the request (meaning we've scheduled and completed a visit) we then generate a professional quote with a detailed description of the job process. Then, if desired, the customer may accept the quote or request changes through the client hub. Then, the quote is accepted or altered to an agreement and then changed from a "quote" to a "job" in our software. A deposit is always required for the supplies needed to complete any job. After the deposit is received, we then send out our technicians to complete the job. Then an invoice is sent to the client.

We hired Ryan to install 2 doors exterior doors and a full view storm door. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and responsive. He was extremely patient with us as we worked through issues getting supplies. The workmanship was very high quality and exceeded our expectations. We first contacted Ryan to replace a door frame for our exterior door. Could not believe how efficient he was and how great the door looks now. While he was here I had him give me an estimate for some rotten wood under a gutter on our second floor. He completed that yesterday and it looks great also. He is meticulous and very knowledgeable on a variety of “house repairs”. Will be saving his info for our next project!

1000% appreciate Ryan fixing my door! One of my sons left my storm door open, wind caught it and blew the door back, causing it to pull away from the frame. I reached out, he got right back to me and offered to come out right away and fix it. Knowing there was bad weather coming, he offered quick services. Very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, all great things. I already have more work for him in mind and am looking forward to having him back. I find it refreshing to still be able to find someone who is caring and professional and does great work! It seems rarer these days. I will recommend Ryan/his company to anyone. Thank you so much!
